ANY poo is smelly. 
If he's still on pinkies, it's probably going to be sort of runny. Until there's more meat and fur on the prey, their stools are loose.
Kishnah didn't poo, but usually MUSKED. ! CeCe, the goober! STILL does when she squirms around, complaining she doesn't want to be held. pthththth
More food, more frequently equals more poo. I haven't heard of any set or suggested time frame/limit of eating and pooing.
Hera being really large, doesn't poo as often, but there's MORE of it, as compared to Wrigley, Zeus or the tiniest, the baby corn Flurry.
Yours will poo when it's digested enough. Just feed him his prey once a week but if there's still a big lump, I personally would offer only one pinky next time.
How old is Nocona? Flurry is only about 6 weeks old, so he's getting one pinky every 4 days or so, but pretty soon he'll be down to once a week. That's how we did Kishnah, and she's just zooming in growth.
