I'm certainly no corn expert, but general snake guidelines say that a) they'll poop when they're ready to poop and b) if your snake still has quite a lump, probably better to leave them alone to continue digesting. Generally no handling until at least 48 hours after they've eaten, but if one of our snakes still has a good lump, we'll leave them be another day or two.

I get worried handling our snakes if I see a "bulge" near the cloaca because that usually means they're gonna go "soon" (in the next 5 minutes, in the next 5 days, something like that) - but then I'm paranoid since I've been peed on three times. =)
