Feeding Question!
Ok. So as I was writing out the "dinner list" for tonight's feeding I thought of a question.....
Right now I feed my growing babies one prey item(of appropiate size) every 5 days, and my adults one prey item(of appropiate size) every 7-10 days. Ok, so my question is when should I switch my babies from every 5 days to every 7-10?
(And FYI my babies range from hatchlings to a yearling female)
Thanks in advance.

Re: Feeding Question!
Feel that out when you feel that the food item is large enough to hold them over for a few more days then go with that. I switched them from 5 day to 7 when he was like 8 months to a year old.

Re: Feeding Question!
I feed every single ball python I have once a week ... from hatchlings to adults ... never found any need to do the once every 5 days thing.
Switch whenever you want.

For the most part, a single meal can "hold them over" in terms of weeks not days.
