    From another one.

    Habits:

Like many of the pythons, these are rather sedentary snakes. They hole up in burrows during the day-sometimes many in the same burrow-and emerge at night to hunt.

So yes, Ball Pythons DO burrow and I have witnessed mine trying to burrow outside in grass, and on my bed, he'll use the sheets to make a burrow.

There's gotta be a great joke in there about kissing balls (pythons) somewhere.

    My ball pythons wear dresses.

Ball pythons don't burrow any more. Scientific evidence has proven it beyond a reasonable doubt. Plus I read it on some website.

Ok, since you can't seem to get over it, here's something to think about ...

Cats climb trees ... many books on cats describe how they love to climb ... do those two statements alone make Felis silvestris catus an arboral species?

They must be arboreal, cause everytime I see a cat in the news its "stuck" in some tree...like they can't climb down or something...or maybe, just maybe they prefer being in trees...pshhh! Semi-arboreal

You are really confusing me Adam, please tell me how I can apease you, short of never posting in these forums again, and I'll do it, to a degree. Seriously, get over yourself, you're not God!

Never said I was ... I'm just a guy that has some cool snakes and posts on this message board ... if you're going to post on a public message boards, here's a clue for you ... you might not like all of the reponses you get to your posts ... that's life ... grow up and get over it.

Your little temper tantrum is cute though.

Exclamation Re: do ball pythons dig/burrow.

I recently built a bioactive enclosure for my ball python and wasn’t worried about her digging but APPARENTLY she decided to be a special snowflake and dig. I found the start of a couple burrows and one seemingly completed burrow. I can’t find her anywhere else so I’m concluding that she dug. Judging by everyone else’s responses I don’t think it’s common for them for burrow but in some cases they will.
