    Re: Bp Feeding

I have 2 '06 girls eating ONE medium sized adult mouse every 7 days and they are almost 300g each. The other two '06s were born later in the year and are around 200g each, but eating the same sized mouse. There's no reason to feed every 4 days, you are just stressing their digestive system and asking for either a regurgitation or a fast. Stretch it to every 7 days on one medium sized adult mouse, and they will be fine. There's no need to shove food down their throats so often, they will grow at their own pace regardless, as genetics plays a BIG roll in how fast they grow and their ultimate size.

    Re: Bp Feeding

Feed every 5-7 days an adult mouse for a 19inch snake. When my snake was a hatchling (the smallest one there too) and was able to take hoppers for the first 4 feedings then I moved him up to adult mice which he took well. Then after he got around 24inches long he was moved on to weanling rats. Then when he got to 30inches long he was moved to small rats. Now that he is a bit over 5ft long he eats 2 small rats every 10 days. Go by the girth of the snake, they can eat hoppers when they are hatchlings (16inches long) and mine grew a foot and half by feeding it this way for the first yr!! Then when he was 2yrs old he was almost 4ft long (This was when I thought he was a female because he grew so fast and was the runt of the hatchlings!!! and had him re-probed which proved once again MALE and I didnt even overfeed) Then when he was 3yrs old he was 4ft long and a few inches. Now being at 6yrs old (Birthday was in June) he is now a few inches over 5ft
A weird thought past through my mind.
Just thinking if the Police Raided my home, they'd see a 14ft retic slithering around, a large redtailboa, a large Ball python who acts like a lap cat, and a corn snake who thinks he can make a nest out of my hair... and if they went inside my garage and checked inside my freezer... they'd find dead bodies.

    RIP Billy
