Well Last week my bp decided he was going to escape every day at least once...well I guess while he was on one of his run away escapades he either brushed against the back of my minifridge or his heat lamp.
I didn't notice anything until after he shed,(two days ago).... now he has a grey spot about the size of half a quarter on his side. It breaks my heartthat he is burnt. I can see the scab that formed around it, and i wanted to know is there anything i can do to make sure he doesn't get infected or scared? I cleaned his cage right after he shed and put down white paper towels so i could see if he was bleeding or anything else (puss, scales, bugs). So far he is clean, no blood, no loose scales, and no bugs... so thats good...I even turned up the heat alittle (since its getting colder in ohio already, and it made him happier) .ANYWAYs, how can i help my Ike heal fastest, and should i keep on worrying about infection (neosporin?)
any ideas?
