the clasps work great, I've been using them on rat tubs for years.

I don't intend to put you down or start anything but I'm troubled by this statement:
I don't have time to get heat for tubs before open house this week.
When you keep animals you MAKE time to keep them properly cared for, be it a temporary or permanent situation. I realize selling a house is a big deal (will be doing it ourselves in the near future), however when you take in an animal you make a commitment. I can't speak specifically for non-partial reptile/animal people but do you think they would rather see a bunch of tubs with snakes crammed up in a closet (because most buyers will want to see every nook) or...setup nicely, clean, and well cared for? I understand that some will be put off either way and if your animals are being that much of an inconvenience it might be better for them to find someone elses place where you can properly keep them setup at the right temps.

Again, no disrespect intended. My wife and have been talking and making plans for some time now on the actions we will take to get the house ready for sale. In the same boat as you, I don't see many people in my area or looking for a house in my neighborhood will want to see a room full of animals no matter how clean and well cared for. Needless to say when we start showing the house they won't be at the house at all.

Good luck on the house sales, in our area its a good time to buy as LOTS is available but little is selling or takes forever. We have our next house already set however neslted in a woodland on part of my parents farm...can't wait to get out of "town"!
