just made the move today for Aza and Eden from the suburbs to my apartment. decided recently that when i make the move i will change from the aquariums purchased in the state of no knowledge to sterilite tubs. i changed the heating from overhead red light heat lamp (obvious causes for humidity issues) to UTH (of course a space left for airflow) controlled by a dimmer (yes, and i will check it often. plus my room is fairly stagnant, temps remain pretty constant. when have the money the tstat is coming home). just set everything up and made sure temps were set, it'll be a bit of trial and error for the next couple days but i'm ready for checking them throughout the day. they seem to be doing well and have enough room. i'm loving Aza's new set up with two exact same plastic plant pot things with one entry each on the top. our rtb has a shoebox for the meantime and seems to love it due to the fact that i still have to make the cut outs on her hides (what a pain...) here's some pics from the new set up, immediately the humidity have gone away and i've been poking holes trying to fine tune it, should be perfect when i'm done. check it out and tell me what you think...even if it means i have to scrap the whole thing god forbid lol...
