    what is it?

    http://mitchell-clan.net/~wendy/

my SO got me some photos of various snakes for my desktop wallpaper, and he came across the snake pics I have provided the URL for. Anyone know what they are, or if not, where I might be able to find out what it is?

(its a head shot and a full body shot of the same snake.)

if you cant find the pics let me know and I will figure out how to get them posted

    thanks in advance

    I don't have a clue, but here's a good resource.

Hope I don't get in trouble for posting a link to a "competing" forum site!

I don't pretend to recognize it, but I'm not bad with Google. :-P

It's a Spotted Leaf Nosed Snake, apparently.

Either I'm not nearly as good with Google as I thought I was, or "I'm not bad with Google" is a substantial understatement! I didn't even know where to begin (except "snake")

I guessed that "P. decurtatus" was a species name, and got lucky.
