Hi!
Since buying another heat pad and thermostat for my viv (to bump the temps up to the low 80s on the cool side) I'm having a bit of trouble with humidity. The warmer temps have caused it to rise past the 65% mark and I can't seem to get it to drop (Ive tried a smaller dish, moving dish to cool side etc). My question is...If I drill holes in the top of my wooden melamine tank to reduce humidity inside, will moisture affect the wood itself as the melamine coating would have been broken?
Hope that made sense and any help is appreciated.
Cheers!
