Well i got my snake today and fed him about a half hour ago...which almost ended badly or so i thought...the mouse managed to wrigle its way from my hand and landed on the snakes head (i felt horrible)...scared the h*ll out of me...but the snake seemed ok and exacted his revenge with his stomach!!

Nagas
In Hindu myth, Nagas are a race of serpent demons whose power comes from a jewel embedded in their throats or skulls. Their name means "those who do not walk, who creep." When the gods passed around the cup containing the elixir of immortality, the Nagas grabbed it, but spilled some drops on the ground. As they licked up the drops, the grass split their tongues, which have remained forked ever since.

Re: First Feeding Sucess!!
yeah congrats on the feeding
But as joe said, it's generally a good idea to wait a week to let him settle in and avoid problems. Him feeding is a good sign tho. What's he feeding on? Keep us updated.
