I have had my ball python for a little over 2 months now and he is still snaps at me. When I brought him home, he would sit in his shelter and snap at me if I moved anywhere around the cage. Sure bite him back .No just joking .Place yourself in his place,he thinks you are going to eat him or hurt him.If this is a baby its going to take some hard work and patiance to win his trust.Get a pair of gloves to use when you first pick him up and be gentle and move slowly.
