I beleive that any business that sells "death rocks" really does not care about their customer. Think about it, if they sell a hot rock then the animal in the cage will eventually get burned causing the customer $$ in vet bills or greif that the animal died because it burned their pet. BUt then again there may be logic behind it as it may kill the animal the the customer will come back into the shop to buy another pet... Sheesh
