How to find a good realtor?

Anyane have a good idea besides calling up tons of them? I have asked people but haven't got any reccomendations. I have found the house I want but haven't got a loan or realtor So this kinda sux. But my lease for the appartment isn't up til feb so yeah.

Any ideas? Or know of any around West milton, union, or englewood ohio?
