    Re: Tank Size Question?

He'd feel more comfortable in something smaller, and it would be easier to heat and maintain the humidity for a smaller tank. Have U checked out the caresheet here?http://www.ball-pythons.net/modules....warticle&id=13

The caging forum with the SEARCH will help give U ideas of good housing for your new little guy.

I have my 4 month old in a 30 breeder. He does really well in it. Just make sure to have some things to fill up the extra space until he grows a bit. That way he/she won't feel so overwhelmed. With the bigger tank though I had to go with 2 UTH (one for cool and one for hot) so that I could maintain proper temps on both sides.

    Peace!!

    Re: Tank Size Question?

Tubs are great for smaller boas. My male is 2' and just getting ready to move out of his 18 qt tub. I don't even use hides for him anymore since he won't use them. Just my experience with tubs.

Too many boas to list and a few balls as well
