If I were in your shoes, I'd leave her completely alone for a week (starting today, not starting from when you got her) except for whatever you must do to keep her enclosure clean. Then try and feed her. If she eats then you'll know you're on the right track. If she doesn't, then you'll know there may be issues that are stressing her out you should look for.

It's really way too early to tell if she's "happy." Snakes live life at a much slower pace than we mammals. It may take a few weeks or even a couple months to see how consistently she eats, how well she sheds, etc.
