Daytona Picture Thread (DU Warning)
I thought I would start a generic picture thread for general pics from the Show!!
First, it was awesome, and very very crowded. I tried very hard not to flip out with that many people crowded up around me, and did darned well!
Here is a overview picture of the entire show.

Here is a 17 year-old sulcatta male tortoise, if you bought him, they threw in his crate.

A slightly out of focus chameleon, (the other 2 that were there on display the pictures came out not at all)

And finally the prize *I* came home with, a black-throat monitor I named Moggie.

And unfortunately, that is about it for pictures from the show, as it was too crowded for me to get pictures of most of the displays. There were TONS of people there, and I shall try to refrain from attending sunday as well! It seems all too easy to simply drive right back down... lol.

Nice Black Throat!! He reminds me of my Savannah (Dino) when he was smaller. LOL I love monitors but their up keep is so high compared to snakes. But that never stopped me. LOL

I wanted to go sooo bad! Maybe next year? I too have that problem with being around a lot of people.

Re: Daytona Picture Thread (DU Warning)
Thanks for the compliments, and I didn't see anyone from BP.net that I know of(other than some vendors but they were too busy for me to interupt them making sales!) excpet Micheal Cole who I did get to chat with yet again, Hi! Micheal!
If you think her color is nice, you should see the small areas where the SHED skin has come off!

By that she should be spectacular.
Also, she has eaten everything offered to her so far. Crickets, two large roaches, boiled egg and a pinkie so far. She will eat mainly crickets from now on, with occasional boiled egg and pinkies. I think 3 times a week. But I am not entirely sure how MUCH to feed her each meal, she loves to eat! Five minutes after she was in her temp tank, she was eating.

Re: Daytona Picture Thread (DU Warning)
Hi Wolfy! I had heard you came and was sorry that we missed you. Most of the BP.netters were wearing 8BallPython t-shirts on Saturday. You probably could have stopped anyone you saw wearing one and found one of us! LOL
Michael Cole is a great guy (is he a member here?). I picked up two nice girls from him. Sierra, who I got from him in April has done wonderfully and so I was comfortable buying from him again. He even let me behind the table to go through all the girls that weren't on the table (more girls than table room).
Would have loved to have met you!
