Will or would you do business with them?

I would buy from them or be willing to give any honest breeder a chance to earn my business. As long as they produce and deliver, healthy, great quality snakes and provide good customer service before, during and after the sale.

These are qualities I look for when purchasing:
I want to buy direct from the breeder themselves.
I want good quality, healthy, honestly represented snakes.
I want good, honest and prompt service before, during and after the sale.
I want a guarantee and someone willing and able to back it up, if needed.
I want competitive pricing! Yes, I want competitive pricing!

Now, if a breeder meets and/or exceeds these specification and just happens to provide me with a great deal in which he/she saves me a couple hundred or a couple thousand dollars or even the lowest price around....Damn them! Damn them to Hell!

LOL...I'm not defending MKR, but I have yet to read or hear anything negative about their service or quality of snakes. If someone can show me something different, please do so? So far, I believe their only crime is selling some snakes at a lower price, right?

I believe alot of opinions would be changed if they had just purchased mojaves or lessers from them the year before. Competitive pricing yes, rock bottom screw everyone else pricing, NO.

Either he can breed and sell them at that price and make $, which assuming he has an appropriate standard of animal welfare I can't see any problem with, or he is selling them too cheap and will eventually collapse.

Mututally agreeing to keep the price high between breeders is kind of a cartel situation, no?

That is called 'price fixing' and is very illegal here in the US if it can be proven.

One of my largest competitors, in my field, was caught doing this with a few others and they are still in court after 4 years. We are guessing it will not end very pretty. I know for sure that they have spent way over what they made on that particular product line, in legal fees.

I voted NO!! I did this for one reason and MKR made this decision for me.They made a comment of why they were selling majoves so low.This comment was "these are the ugly majoves we are selling" also "also so anybody can own a majove even though they are below average".Now if they are stating these majoves are the ugly ones then what does that say about there blood lines? When i go to buy a snake i look for several things I.E. genetics,looks and the sellars response to my questions.I have walked away from people when i ask a question of why there snakes are way lower then others.Some say things like "i getting tired of feeding it","i am tired of looking at it" and a few others.Now IF i had been interested in buying something from MKR in the near future there comments about the majoves being ugly as there reason for low balling everyone.I would not even mention there name or even look at there site!! This is exactly what i am doing.As far as everyone fighting and stuff with each other it is silly.Why fight with each other MKR are the ones who low balled everyone right before Daytona.
