    Can't find digital hygrometer...help!?

I know this probably sounds like a stupid question, but where can I find a good digital thermometer/hygrometer, the only pet store in my area is Petco and they only have dials (f that). I know places online but I don't have the patience for waiting on shipping. What are good stores for this i.e. Target/Home Depot etc.

I get mine at WalMart in the hardware department. Target, Home Depot, Lowes are all good places to get them. Many of us use the AcuRite brand, but any digital thermometer that has an outdoor probe will work so that you can measure temps on both sides of your enclosure.

Gosh i forgot the brand that I bought when I had mine. I found it near the bulb section in Wal-mart, with all the home improvement stuff. I payed 15 bucks for it and it's by far the best for monitoring humidity, and temps on the hot and cool side.

Check out the handy-dandy little thermo/hygro point-and-shoot pen @ the Bean Farm. It's the first item on This Page. Good money saver, since you don't have to buy a separate hygrometer for each cage.
