put one foot past the back trucks and one foot in the middle of the board, push down with the foot in the back and slide the foot in the front forwards with the side of your shoe. you gotta jump kinda forward while you do it. it takes a while but you'll get a feel for it once you do it.

    Re: any skateboarders here?

lol it took me more than a few days!

anyways get a good stance, bend knees, crouch down, and POP the back foot down snapping the tail on the ground. This will cause the the board to jump up, BUT if you are still standing there, you will not go anywhere, you have to JUMP. so jump at the same time that you pop.

like mrpython said, slide your front foot forward with the side of your shoe (where your pinkie toe is (kinda)and push that front foot down and your rear foot down on top of the board.

it helps sometimes if you have the rear wheels in a crack (so you dont roll around while you bend over to ollie.

you just have to master it...keep trying, dont give up...next comes ollie while rolling!

ha ollie was liek the one thing i learned to do before my neighbor broke both arms skateboarding along the growth plate in one arms and he fractured like all his fingers too. anyways he was in a ton of pain and my mom begged me to stop skateboarding, i gave in and took up skydiving (kidding) took up driving (i figured of they made a car available to me i could lose the board)
