Re: Anyone have a snow boa?

    You guys are too funny!

Well, we have a pair of 04 Anery 66% Het Albinos that we may try to get together early next year, maybe Feb. She should drop 75% Aneries that are 66% Het Albinos and 25% Snow boas, if they prove out.

We also have an 03 female Anery 66% Het Albino that we'll be pairing up this December with our male Albino. If she proves out we should get 50% the litter being Aneries Het Albinos and the other 50% being Albinos Het Aneries.

Either way, we should end up with a good number of Snow Boas in 2007 best case or 2010 worse case, hopefully 2007!

Re: Anyone have a snow boa?

The pet store I used to work at and still go to for feeders has a large female snow, and she is a lot more yellow than the babies seen at the link above this post. They have had her for 3 years, breeding her with an aldino male and a hypo male, and each time she gave birth the babies were all slugs. They blamed the first time on antibiotics, and this season they don't know why it happened.

That's what Gerry was saying above. When they get older, that "white" turns to "yellow". One day we will all learn the trick of keeping them white.
