We've decided to name the new baby girl Elphaba, Elphie for short. Those of you you have read "Wicked" will know where we came up with the name

She's starting to get settled into her new home quite nicely. She was very shy at first, but is definitely warming up to us!

She is a LOT easier than Trey, but the truth is that I know a lot more now than I did when I got him for my daughter. I wish I had known the signs to look for in him from the beginning. I'm trying not to beat myself up too much over that. I know a lot of people started out exactly where I did, and at least I have this site to come to for help.
