    Karen got christened!

It was bound to happen sooner or later! Karen and Gomez were lounging sleepily on the couch while I was tending to bunnies or something when I hear...

"Honey! Honey, he's peeing on me!"

And boy... he did a lot more than that. Which is actually fantastic news, as I was starting to worry trying to remember the last time Gomez went (Karen's gonna put together a spreadsheet to help me keep track of these things) and concerned he might be constipated. Well.... he's not! Nice healthy poo/pee... all over Karen's lap. Luckily, she has a very good attitude about it.

So far... I've been lucky. But I'm sure it's just a matter of time, lol.

    Happy 4th of July, folks!

Go Gomez! I mean, bad Gomez! Get the Degei software (www.degei.com). The free version should work perfectly for what you want to track!

LOL too funny, poor Karen, but it is bound to happen to all of us sooner or later! Degei is great software, easy to use and very quick input of data for your snakes without a lot of bells and whistles most of us don't need.

Another vote for Degei - I use it as well. I'm probably going to regret saying this - but I've yet to be christened - but I also pay close attention to the nether regions to see just how bulbous (sp?) it is! Too bulky - back into the enclosure you go! LOL

Hmph well I may have never been nipped by my snakes, but I've got a hat trick of pee incidences. =P

    *high-fives Karen*

Get Degei; pretty easy to use and have entries for us anal folks (urates, poopies, cage maintenance, etc.). The pay-for version also has what looks like really cool functionality for breeders with keeping track of hatchlings, etc....which you might/should be needing soon!

    Re: Karen got christened!

Wow, thanks guys! I'm lovin Degei already! VERY helpful! Makes me glad Karen got pooed on, lol!

Apparently being very sleepy and relaxed while holding a BP relaxes the BP too... a little too much! Just watch it be Ma-tsu or Neptune that nails me when I finally get hit. I'd rather Gomez christen me any day!

Bound to happen sooner or later. If memory serves me right I think I got mine on the very first day.
