The one you have there looks like a male due to the lack of bright orange hairs on the rump. He is a little thin and if your saying around 2 inches then deff. a male... females avarage around 4 inchs and have have beautiful red or orange hairs on there rump... watch out though... the little velvit hairs under the long hairs hurt and itch if you het them on your skin.
