Foggers: good or bad?
A terrarium full of creeping mist looks really cool, but are foggers really a good idea?

i would strongly not recomend it. if you want a terrarium full of creeping mist i would get a dart frog.

Yeah...for certain frogs or newts or something, that might be good. But for a BP, that would probably be TOO moist and seems like it could easily lead to scale rot or other complications.

I was thinking of one for my water dragons..I know someone that is using it on her RTB, and it just seems like an illness/ailment waiting to happen

Not a good idea for Balls or BCIs but for frogs, go for it. Watch out for those foggers though. The ultrasonic ones can shock you!

Ive seen one used in a GTP vivarium. It was awesome!
Being they need so high of humidity, it did good for it.

I didn't figure they'd be good for most snakes, but I also keep amphibians so I'm always interested in fun and interesting ways to increase humidity.
I've played with ultrasonic foggers and been zapped myself, so I have to wonder how safe they are for animals. I'm also curious if the ultrasonic vibrations bother animals.

I havent used one myself, so I dont know how easy they are to disassemble and clean, but I would think if you cleaned it at least every other week or once a month, you wouldnt have too much of a problem.
I've seen ppl use PVC and pipe in humidifiers, and I thought that was a neat idea, Ive also seen them use the personal misters available in sporting goods stores and retailers to mist the cages.
One thing is for sure, Im getting carpal tunnel from misting 5 cages 2ce a day!
