Boa regurged. Does this sound like the cause?
I fed Topaz on Tuesay on a rat pup. It was from the batch that wasn't frozen when it arrived and I am trying to work it out with rodent pro now. All the rats in the bag were frozen in a big block when I took this one out meaning they were thawed when they arrived till I threw them in the freezer. Well this morning he regurged. I havent handled him and his temps are 92 hot side and 76 cool side. This is the only thing I can think of. I have been feeding frozen thawed for over 2 years and this is the first regurge and it was from what I suspected as a bad batch. They are replacing the pups, weanlings, XL and XXL but I think I should request the smalls, mediums, and larges too because I am afraid to feed anything from this batch

Just trying to work this out in my mind. The rats came in already defrosted and you refroze them? Before you refroze you fed one of them off to this boa who has since regurged? I've never ordered from RodentPro so I have no idea of their packaging/shipping methods but when we used to order from The Mouse Factory everything came in individually frozen then packaged, in order words not frozen in a "big block". Just trying to sort out exactly what you meant from your post.
Personally if the order was not rock solid frozen I would have complained my butt off to RodentPro and not fed off any of the shipment as with hot summer weather, it won't take long for anything to start to decompose.

I know I shouldnt' have fed it off. My replacement of pups, weanlings and the XL and XXL sizes was supposed to have shipped out already. I am trying to work it out. I'm dealing with Casey from RP now. When I call later I'm requesting a full replacement and everything from this order goes out. EVERYTHING!!

Oh ya, the order was mosty thawed with no ice. Usually they arrive frozen solid but this order wasn't at all. Maybe being 50 lbs of rats they tried to skip out on the ice, maybe not. Either way in 10 more minutes I'm going to give them a call and get it all sorted out

Hope you can get it all worked out and that the boa is fine.

I would say to anyone out there who gets a shipment of rats or mice that isn't frozen
DO NOT USE THEM AS FEEDERS
(Similarly if your crate of steaks etc arrives thawed - don't eat it)

Shocking that there is another bad order from Rodent Pro. Their quality has suffered over the last year or so.

We used to use these folks http://www.themousefactory.com/
Edna is a great lady and a wonderful help. Can't say enough about the quality of their product and shipping.
