Try to back calculate to egg laying, POS and breeding for that. All times of the year are good for egg laying and hatching, if you ask me. So long as the babies are healthy, who cares if the are born in the "off season".
Agreed there! I haven't even attempted to breed outside of "breeding season" but if there is a reason not to, I don't know what it is!
