What sort of snakes can thrive in racks? (non bp)
Other that the obvious (ball pythons), what species of boa or python do well in a rack environment?

Well if you include the large freedom breeder tub racks, then almost anything. All colubrids (kings, corns, milks, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, gophersnakes, garters etc etc) Pythons from anthill pythons to retics (the biggest freedom breeder rack tub is 96" long) boas.. almost anything.. there are even racks for arboreal snakes like green tree pythons and emerald tree boas.

I switched all of my snakes to racks. The list is below.

I hadn't even thought of freedom breeders racks (probably since they are so far out of my budget), but I was thinking of something more like my AP rack. 32qt or 41qt containers.

What kind/size rack do you use for the columbians?
Over the next 5 years or so I'd like to get a trio of BCI's (DH sunglows), a pair of het albino bloods, and possibly either an albino burm or dwarf albino retic.

Well the retic and burm situation I have no idea about, but the columbians can usually thrive for a long time in the sterilte 1996 74qt sweater totes, they are 4ft long, 2 ft deep, and 7 inches high. After that you'll probably have to go with a six foot rack (Freedom Breeder) or a Boaphile Here (It's not a rack, but they are really close to one). Freedom Breeder has some nice racks that are more than big enough for any BCI or BCC Here The bloods will be good in the Sterilte ones too.

Smaller male boas would be fine in a 4'x2' cage. Hog islands would do well in that too I think.
