what type of substrate are you using? a thick substrate will block alot of heat from the uth. try covering around 90% of the top to help keep in moisture. you can use a small room humidifier to help keep the room/area the cage is in more humid. a small one from walmart/lowes/target would be fine (20 bucks or so).
