Well, it took about a year. Pearl finally got me. It was all my fault. Talking on the phone while I was taking a pre-kill from her tank that she didn't want. I guess my finger looked more appitizing (sp?). It happened so quick. I cracked her tank so now I'm building a new custom tank that neasures a 5 foot x 20 inches x 24 inches. I'll be getting the plexiglass tomorrow as well as everything else. I don't know if I'll go with sliding doors or a hinged top.

5' for a bp? That's a bit big. Even the large females don't need anything bigger than 4 foot.

i havent been nipped yet, but there are plenty of times when I look and Khan and had a feeling he wants to give me the "leave me be" nip.
One one comes my way you bet I wont take it as passive as you did...I'll be they hypo that I am and starting wiggin out!

I just happen to have some pieces laying around that are 5 foot. I'm also hoping to get a red tail boa. The boa would take the big cage and I would get a 40 gallon set up for the bp. I don't have the $$$ after buying a beardy plus the whole set up for it. Oh and I'm going for sliding doors.

The tag wasn't very impressive. Just an upper and lower jaw scratch. Barely even any blood.

Yeah the 5ft cage sounds a little big, but would be perfect for the boa. I always like to get bit a semi regular basis... Otherwise I feel like I'm saving it up for a really bad one

Wait till you have one get your finger and wrap around your and and SQUEEZE. Those are the ones that you never forget.

just let me know when u have been bit by more than 11 dif kinds of snakes.... and atleast 2 times by atleast 7 of those kinds hehe

so u broke her tank? wow strong yah know not to pull back on bites.. it can injer snakes.. well not all snakes but pythons atlest i dont even know when i get bit till i see blood... then im like "mom weres your camara?"

Ha! I still say my kids bit harder than my snakes LOL Ask any woman that's ever nursed a teething infant....kids are way...way....*flinch*...WAY worse than snakes.
