really dumbass question

lets say someone puts up "0.1 100% Het Albino" what does the 0.1 mean

some times i will see for example.. 1.0 100% Het Albino.. what does the 1.0 mean

sorry for the lame question but i am trying to learn this stuff and couldnt figure that part out.
I have finally gotten the genetics part down.. i went to the NERD site.. great site to learn from.. made it very clear and simple
