    Re: Saw X3 last night!!!

I thought it was horrible. Bad dialogue, the characters attitudes changed since last movie, following the true story line just enough to make it confusing, making previously intelligent characters appear to be stupid, focusing on pointless conflicts and glossing over the important ones, and dragging out a short, shallow plot that would have normally been resolved in 30 mins into a full length movie that fell far short of its previous two installments.

    I loved the first 2

some of it was filmed here, in our little town, so i think most of the kids in this area are hoping to go see it soon.

they used our hwy to flip trucks or something like that?

i thought it was awesome, they dragged in some of the old comic book plots (i guess only comic junkies really caught that) and if u stayed till after the end credits there was a little surprise
(if u want to know what it was give me a PM)

    Re: Saw X3 last night!!!

I saw it last night....and for about the first 75% of the movie, I really enjoyed it....but the last quarter or so....I kept hoping for some kind of resolution or redemption that never came. I walked out of the theater disappointed. I was hoping that they could pull off a nice long series of movies because they had an awesome cast and there are SO many stories you could tell about them. (As evidenced by the TONS of X-men comics and spinoffs... LOL) But I think they pretty much ruined their chances of making any decent sequals.

(We didn't stay for the credits...so I'll be sending a PM right along... )

I love comic book movies. I can't wait to see Ghostrider, the Spiderman III, and Superman Origins.

X3 is on the list to go see.....but so much crazy stuff is going on now, I might not make it. Oh well....I can always just buy it when it comes out of DVD...I own the other two anyways

    Re: Saw X3 last night!!!

I was disappointed in several aspects of the movie. Some of the major characters didn't do too much. They also introduced a lot of "new people" who played very little parts in the movie. I heard about the credit after surprise from a friend. I'm not sure I like what it entails.
