    Investment property in Phoenix

I currently have an investment property listed for sale here in Phoenix, AZ. There are two homes on the property. The first is a wood frame, 2 bedroom 1 bath home, 750 sq ft, that was recently re-stuccoed. The other home on the property is a 3bed/1bath, 895 sqft block construction home. Both of the homes have renters in them, on month to month leases, so you could either have instant cash flow, or give them 30 days notice, then remodel and do a fix&flip. List price is 177K.

I also have a 2200 sqft, 4 bed/2bath tri-level. It has 18" tile in living room, kitchen and dining area. Sunken family room with fireplace downstairs, with 2 bedrooms and full bath. Master suite upstairs. 2nd master bedroom connected by walk through closet was used as office. New carpet in all bedrooms. Asking 338k, but will consider any reasonable offer.

    PM me with any questions.
