Well they are all unique but we do notice a lot more lurking behaviour the day before feeding day. Basically their heads/necks poking out of their hides watching for something to ambush. Some of them will start to actively search their tubs for prey by Wednesday (Thursday evening being feeding night around here). We have one that often climbs on top of his hide and glares about watching for something furry and warm to wander by below him LOL.
Oh and some of the snakes that are used to the feeding routine, actually go into strike position and watch the tank lid as they have come to know that is where She/He Who Drops Rats from Heaven will appear shortly LOL. Snakes are no dumb bunnies apparently![]()
