I'm Goin' To Daytona!

I'm goin' to Day-tooona
I didn't think I co-uld
But now I get to go-ooo!


Whew!!! For the longest time, I didn't think I could go because...well...it's just so darned far away! And then I hatched an idea about leaving kids in Dallas with family and taking hubby away to Florida for a little "mini-2nd-honeymoon"....but then I found out that the kids start school on Aug 15th! SO...all those plans went into the round file.

And then last night hubby and I were talking about a variety of different disappointments and struggles in my little herp world...and he decided that I should go to Daytona anyhow, even if he can't go with me!!!

I've got a room reserved already, at the Mayan inn. (Hilton was all sold out of their promotional rate rooms) I'm so excited!!! Planning on flying in on Friday and departing sometime Monday morning.

Ah...but I shall tempt everyone with ball python morphs...and we'll stand Adam on a milk crate so he only photographs from the neck down...that way no one will know it's him.
