Thanks everyone! Really it's totally to Mike's credit that he got this girl to eat. From what we could get of her life in captivity it seems that she never ate or immediately regurged (she was treated for internal parasites by her first owner). Mike just seems to have a real connection with this snake and for some reason she'll take food from him. Perhaps his scent somehow translates into safety in her wee snakey brain...we'll never know of course.

I being the total worrywort I am will still count the days till she hits 1,500 or better and we can finally see the maturing female she is come into full bloom....then I'll know we did good by her.

Oh I did forget to brag on her though. The last three weeks feedings she's been the first snake to hit her rat....even beat Malachi to the punch and that takes some doing LOL.
