    Re: Constipation?

Most likely is perfectly normal. Some snakes poop very infrequently, like once a month or even less.

I woundn't really worry about it they will usually poop right after you have asked someone if it is somthing to worry about. So in the next day or so it should happen if it goes on for a prolonged time maybe but it takes a few weeks sometime before they go. I am shure my wife and some others here can tell you to the hour how long its been between each of there snakes poo's but am shure your okay right now.

    Re: Constipation?

Its not a big deal......if you want, give him a luke-warm soak for a few mins, that usually causes them to foul the water!

anyways, ive found that they usually go about every 4-6 weeks. that's not dead truth though, some snakes have different schedules. thats just what ive found to be about average.

What do you mean by poop?
Assuming you mean the brown smelly ones then this is perfectly normal - I think BPs crap about once a month or so, maybe slightly more often.

Monty did 2 the night i got him hoem then no more for 3 months - if you are feeding rat pups there is very little matter a growing bp needs to get rid of.

Now Monty is on weanling rats he goes semi-regularily, every 3d rat or so.

Urates (the chalky white stuff) are much more common.
