It happened so fast, I turned into a snake junkie in one week. now im looking at boas and morphs. Its just alarming, but im very happy/excited abotu it

Welcome to our world LOL. You will now enjoy some of the side benefits of owning a Ball Python...things like obsessing over your temps and humidity, pacing off the time of that first shed, stressing over when your snake poops (or worse yet doesn't poop).....free case of OCD with every purchase basically. LOL Oh and you get a further addiction.....you begin to check BP breeder sites on a daily basis to see what they have available or are hatching this year (sorry we do not provide a free drool bib, you'll have to bring your own). Eventually you will start to remember BPNet members not by their own names but by the name of some BP they own that caught your eye....

You will soon have more pics of your snakes than your kids. If you decide to breed BP's you will worry about their "love life" more than your own. Friends will start to refer to you as "that crazy snake guy/girl" (you won't care and will in fact think of this as a good thing!) You will buy a snake instead of that new couch you had your eye on. Any future housing decisions will include..."hey my snakes could go there!" more than if there's an extra bathroom. Resistance is futile....

you have entered...

The BP Zone (pls insert eerie music here....)
