if I were to stop using the day light, the temp would fall quite a bit. however, with warmer weather here in Minneapolis comes a higher humidity as well as warmer temps. I wont know till it hits 90 degrees if I'm going to need a heat light during the day.

as it stands now, the cool side is about 85 and the hot side is just above 90, and the humidity is holding steady at about 65 to 70 percent, so it seems I'm doing something right.

I do. however have yet another question....if the ambient temp in the room Nag is in stays at about 80 to 90 during the summer (with no a/c) would it suffice to only use the heat lamp at night if it drops below 80 in the room he is in?
