    BCC, BCI sizes

Ok a buddy of mine believes that a male BCC will average the size of a Female BCI and he will be fine on rats. And what size AP would a male BCC take his whole life? I really love the colors on the BCC other than a reg.BCI

I think that a male BCC would be fine on big rats when he's full grown. Size can vary a lot.. he could still be a 20lb+ 7-8' snake.

You would want at least a 4'x2' cage, but if he gets bigger you might need a 6'x2' cage.

I believe most people with BCC or BCI go with a cage of 6'X2' for floor space for an adult male or female. At least that's what my boa buddies all keep theirs in.

    Re: BCC, BCI sizes

Ok so Shelby would you suggest me getting a BCI instead of a BCC male? Since I have only had a ATB and a BP but I have handled adult BCI before and 12ft burms. So which would be a better choice? But with a baby on the way in Augest Im having a hard choice with either a Sunglow Motley or a nice ALbino Rozy Boa but my dream snake is a RTB.

My advice is get what you love. You'll have to clean up it's poop for the next few decades, might as well make it something you like!
