    reptile records software

    i have herd some people talking in posts about reptile record software. where do you download it from?????

    I think this may be the software you mean. http://proherp.com/ It's great and it's free. It sure made my record keeping much easier.

    I've used both ProHerp and Degei and I prefer Degei. =)
    0.1 ball python (Cleo), 0.1 surinam bcc (Carmen)
    1.0 sunglow motley corn (Jenson), 1.0 albino burmese (Lourdes)
    1.0 cat (Nicky), some mooses and ratters, 1.0 hubby (Rick)

    ProHerp is getting better! The pro version is currently in Beta, and I'm on the development team.

    Another program is Metzcal... It's quite extensive, and free as well. A little tough to get started with, but once everything's set up, very useful.

    Personally, I like ProHerp better. It's very easy to set up and get started. Degei takes a lot more time. If I was a big time breeder, who knows? but it serves my purposes.
