on the loan thing, i don't have anything specific to say. loans are private deals and best done with trust first. not directed at anyone, any loans i would do, i wouldn't need a contract. the paper is only as good as the person signing it. without trust first and foremost, a breeding loan wouldn't exist. what do you what to know?
there are a few things i would like to point out and thats make a witten contract so everyone knows what his/hers part are and theres no one getting mad and playing the he said she said game. and make sure all parties sign the contract.
and just work out all the details of what you want and the other party wants and place those in the contract.
