It is possible for humiity to be TOO high, but for the few days of the shedding cycle, high humidity should be fine. I wouldn't let it get over 80% though. You might try shifting the water bowl so that not so much of it is resting over the heat source...and/or increase the ventilation a bit. The thing you should watch out for most is wet substrate. So long as the substrate remains dry, you should be fine.

As soon as the snake finishes shedding, drop the humidity back towards 50%.
