Temps - tub temp vs temp on substrate
I know this has been discussed before but I couldn't find it. Do you worry about the temp on top of the substrate? In my case, I use newspaper. The temp on the bare plastic floor is 93. The temp on top of the newspaper is 89. I think I remember Adam mentioning that the snake will compress (might be the wrong word) its body down and will get the proper temp. To get it to 93 on top of the newspaper (which doesn't conduct heat well) it would need to be near 98 on the floor of the tub. Just need some clarification on this..
Thanks!

Im not an expert, but leave the floor of the tub at 93.... it is always possible for the snake to move the paper around, and you dont want him on a 98 degree floor.
