    Re: Pickled Python

This is just disgusting. I thought eBay had a rule against selling stuff like this...or is it just HUMAN parts that is illegal?

This is legit? Or just someones sick idea of a gag? OOOOps! No pun intended!

What does he mean "I am dedicating this auction to all my fans on Kingsnake "? Is anyone familiar with kingsnake's forums and know who this guy is? sounds like either a bad joke, or a grudge.

    Re: Pickled Python

At least he said it didn't die to be put into a jar. I would guess it died, and he thought to stuff it in then, maybe thinking he would preserve the lovely color. I dunno. I've seen people do weirder things with deceased pets, but that.. that is odd. I like how he makes sure to state that is is "Harmless while in this state" as if maybe a ball python would be venomous otherwise?
It is not illegil to sell animal parts or preserved animals on Ebay. Loads of people do it all the time, think furs, rabbit skins, or feet.. etc, bugs, pickled pig fetuses.. weird yes.

    Re: Pickled Python

Hm.. I really don't have a problem with it. Then again, I have skulls, antlers and various other dead animal parts. If the snake had died of natural causes, then I see no harm done.
