    gone fishin?

I thought I might share my fish aquarium with yous guys. I flush mounted it into the wall for that artistic look. The fish are african cichlids. Seems appropriate since I am ball python crazy.

HA! Very Impressive. I too would love to know how you get to them and where you have the pump and stuff setup so it cant be seen. Got a closer pic?

    I am very tricky

The other side of the wall is the inside of a walk in closet. This aquarium faces the bed, make for an awesome night light!

That's cool. I know I've seen and I always thought it would be cool to take an ancient TV (Philco? or is that old radios?) and convert it into a fishtank. =)

    Re: gone fishin?

Very nice! My brother-in-law had that kind of fish for years and really enjoyed them though I do remember him mentioning having the occasional problem with really dominant adult males.

Hey Cass I saw the neatest rehab idea years ago. This guy took one of those old fashioned big long wooden record player/radio cabinets...gutted it and reinforced the bottom...cut a stylized sort of front out of it and dropped in a tank (basically the fish swam in and out of the viewing window). Had the lights in the lid of the thing and all the pumps and supplies inside it. Very nice looking!
