Re: whoo hoo!!!
thanks all, i just use my cage liner as usual, nothing special for laying. my incubator is the closet in the herp room. it is a standard closet about 6ft. wide x 2ft deep. i have wire shelving in there with 11" flex running across the back. controlled by a helix, a couple of thermometers to double check evrything, and a small 4" fan to circulate some air.
robin, she's not for sale! lol with my future goals, there is no way i'm letting go of a nice breeder girl! unless you're talking 5 digits??? lol

Re: whoo hoo!!!
Your incubator looks cozy enough to craw into and take a nap! I just picture a guest opening that closet to hang their coat

Re: whoo hoo!!!
Congrats on the eggs Vaughn! The incubator though, how do you keep the temp stable in there? Looks like everytime you open the closet the cool air will rush in. Am I missing something (besides part of my brain?)

Re: whoo hoo!!!
jamie, the bator is in my herp room, it is usually 82-83 in there also. i have been trying real hard not to crack open the door to peek! lol. the doors and all are insulated too. i wanted a little heat to escape so that it is not building up heat all the time. it is still a work in progress. by the time i have this one mastered, i'll probably have another one.
