yea, i was only going to use a rheostat if a petsmart doesnt have a tstat. but since they do, i just figure we will go and buy one or 2...

currently the hot side is a lil hot, but it doesnt heat the cool side at ALL so we might buy another reptile heatpad and set it to about 88F attatched to the cool side. and the hot side at about 98 to keep surface temps below deadly, but the paper top temps around 95...

how reliable are the ones available at petsmart?
