That the picture of a Ball Python in the upper left hand corner of the website is a picture that I took. It has been digitally altered, but I can still see the scar tissue on the snake's head. I don't have a huge problem with my picture being used, but I certainly don't remember anyone asking my permission to use it. Its generally common courtesy and depending on who you ask, the law, to ask permission before using someone else's photographic property.
Just an observation (albeit a very late one).
