new baby girl

I went to the Taylor, MI reptile show today to pick up some mice and take a look around. A guy there had some BPs and he was selling the runt of the clutch (female) for $30. He assured me that she was female and that she wouldn't take f/t but has fed live for him the last 2 feedings. I picked her up partly cause she was a good deal and partly cause she was so damn cute!



You cant really tell her size from the pic but she is 101g on the digi scale.

She looked a little famished so i decided to go against convention and offered her a small mouse. I let her be for about 15 minutes. I came back to take out the mouse and it was gone! hopefully this means she'll feed well for me.

if i brought something as big as her. my wife would kick me out of the house
instead i got her a baby one. until she gets used to the idea of having snakes at home.
hehehehe im planning to breed snakes someday maybe after 2 or 3 years of raising this one and learning alot about it
